Rob joined Nautic Partners in 2020 as an Operating Advisor to the Industrials group, focused on distribution. He serves on the boards of Lindfast, Vallen, SurfacePrep, Ideal Tridon and previously Harrington. Prior, Rob served as the CEO of Pinnacle Agriculture, a distributor of crop inputs, and the CEO of ProBuild Holdings, a distributor of building materials. Rob has also spent 28 years with Ferguson/Wolsely, having oversight of Europe operations and navigating the Great Recession. Rob holds a BA from the College of William and Mary. He currently resides in Maryland.
