Dale is a seasoned executive with over 40 years in the materials and chemicals industry. At DuPont, Dale held multiple leadership roles overseeing safety, advanced materials, and polymers businesses. Dale also served as CEO of Fiber-Line, where EBITDA substantially increased under Dale’s leadership before a successful sale to Avient. As Executive Chairman of Lignetics, Dale partnered with the management team to materially grow EBITDA, culminating in a successful exit.
