Nautic Team

Mike leads the tax function at Nautic Partners, overseeing the firm’s tax compliance, strategy, and fund structuring. He also provides tax guidance to the firm’s portfolio companies and advises on investment structuring and transactions.  Prior to joining Nautic, Mike spent over a decade at PwC in the Private Equity Tax group, advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on tax compliance, fund formation, and transactions.  Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
