Nautic Team

As an Operating Advisor in the Healthcare group since 2018, Marshall is responsible for improving the growth of our companies through operating model refinement, go-to-market strategy and execution, and talent development.  His service to Nautic’s portfolio has included management or consulting roles in Integrated Home Care Services, AnewHealth, CarepathRx, ExactCare, EmpiRx Health, Innovative Renal Care, Angels of Care and Proud Moments ABA.  Prior to Nautic, he managed strategy and growth for a number of health care companies, including RowdMap (exit to Cotiviti) and NaviNet (exit to Lumeris), and he has successfully implemented services and managed contracts across relationships with most of the top 100 U.S. health insurance companies.  He is a graduate of Providence College (BA English, Liberal Arts Honors) and completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management Greater Boston Executive Program.
