Shahan leads Nautic’s investment efforts in the services sector. In this role, he drives the development of new investable themes and sources opportunities across the firm’s three services sub-verticals: IT services, white collar services, and blue collar cervices. Shahan also works closely with management teams and executives to accelerate growth and execute value-creation strategies across Nautic’s services portfolio.
